Each program is led by experienced trainers and can be adjusted based on your needs and skill level.

Progressions are for people who want to build on those skills and take on more advanced moves. Cardio Fusion mixes in some heart-pumping cardio with classic Pilates exercises. Corestrong blends in TRX suspension training for a bigger core and balance challenge, and Release focuses on stretching and using trigger point therapy to help with muscle tightness. There’s a mix of levels, so whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, there’s a class to fit.

All the staff are amazing Julie and Dan are so helpful and encourage you with every step of your fitness journey and goals. Ben the owner is was very helpful with all the options for my membership. I would recommend this gym to anyone. I'm so very happy to be a member
Omnevo and their coaches (Coach Ben & Dan) are some of the most knowledgeable and caring coaches you'll find. On top of that, they get results for them and their clients and have worked with top-notch Hockey goalies and youth athletes but also if you're looking to make a healthy lifestyle change. They will meet you where you're at and take you to where you want to go if you're willing to do the work with them.
This facility was the total package when it comes to all around wellness. The amenities the facility offered far exceeded my expectations, and it was a cleanly environment. I specifically enjoyed the diversity in training techniques being implemented by the trainers. I went there just looking for a little guidance, but was met with a new philosophy centered around functionality, mobility, and overall wellness. I will be implementing what I absorbed during my sessions there at my home gym, and will assuredly be a frequent client.
I've lost 110 lbs working with Coach Dan and completely transformed my life. I'm now preparing for my first UPA powerlifting meet. He was able to work around my initial physical restrictions (painful back, knees and wrists) and eventually remove them from my life altogether! I If you're looking to lose weight, get strong, get out of pain and get on the path to health there is no better place than Omnevo. The support and dedication the team brings daily is second to none. I couldn't recommend them enough.
